INTERNAL BELIZE, JAGUAR FINANCIAL HOLDINGS contemplating dealing in the Belize SUPERBOND

HOW TO TRADE THE BELIZE BOND DEFAULT?

I was thinking of forming a local Belize internal company, JAGUAR FINANCIAL HOLDINGS and if a client could supply $10 million, to buy the superbond below 5 cents, we could manage the portfolio coupons, by Jaguar Capital Management.  This presumes the Prime Minister would show favorable treatment to a local Belizean holder of Belize Superbonds.  At 2% interest rate on 5 cent bonds, the coupon would be worth 10% to 20% a year.  Currently negotiating price with some bond holders abroad.  The opportunity is going to be short lived. With 10 days to go, and another 30 day possible grace period.  Wonder if Social Security would be interested in Belize?
