The Prime Minister of Iceland is due in court for negligence during his term of office, during the financial crisis. On the other hand, Prime Minister of Belize, gets away SCOTT FREE with not a murmer from the next Parliament and Government, to take him to task for alleged EMBEZZLEMENT OF $20 MILLION USA of Venezuelan funds sent for housing for the poor. Or SECRET deals with a monopoly to allegedly swap owed taxes for favors.
As a Belizean, one should be ashamed of ourselves for tolerating this corruption in our governments and accepting it blindly.
