DREAMS, THE OIL GAME AND GOLD MINES IN BELIZE.

An old game in Belize heats up. Not since the 1960´s and 70´s have we seen such action.

AllEnergy Corporation Acquires an Interest in a 2 Million Acre Belize Oil & Gas Concession. News story more or less from unknown online sources.

DES MOINES, IA, Mar 01, 2012 -- AllEnergy Corporation (pinksheets:AFSE) ( www.allenergyco.com ), a growth-oriented international energy company, today reported signing a contract for an interest in a 2 million acre Belize oil and gas concession. AllEnergy purchased a non-dilutive four percent interest in a Belize corporation that owns half of the concession with an option to acquire an additional six percent by March 12th, 2012. Additionally the contract also calls for an option to purchase up to fifteen percent of an additional concession consisting of another 1 million acres.

Interest in politically owned concessions through FRONTS is a self enrichment strategy that has developed over the past ten years by corrupt Belize politicians and is the subject of much debate in the country media. Finding ways to transfer the money, or substitutes for cash to avoid money laundering laws, has become an art form for Belize politicians and those who would bribe them. No implication intended here for ALL ENERGY Corporation, just a swipe during our current week of general elections and those running for office, who are notorious in the country of Belize.

Dean Sukowatey, President and CEO of AllEnergy Corporation, stated, "We are extremely pleased to have completed the acquisition of this interest in Belize and to have the option to acquire an additional interest in 1 million acres. The amount of potential here is tremendous and we look forward to developing this prospect along with our partners in Belize." I´m sure we will welcome any drilling this new name in the game will do, and the employment it provides for our people.

About AllEnergy Corporation AllEnergy, an international energy company, is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas. AllEnergy acquires and develops oil and gas leases which have "proven but undeveloped reserves" at the time of acquisition. These properties are not strategic to large exploration-oriented oil and gas companies. This strategy allows AllEnergy to develop and produce oil and natural gas with tremendously decreased risk, cost and time involved in traditional exploration.

The new game in Belize is an old one in more sophisticated markets. Selling real estate lots on the moon hasn´t happened yet in the local milieu, like it happened decades ago in Florida, but certainly there is more money to be made from selling stock in Gold mines, oil exploration blocks and so forth. Especially since Belize has two producing oil field small underground lakes. The local people are just starting to become self educated in this field, which has been around and exploited for the last fifty years in Belize, until new foreign stockholder investors dry up. There was a time, when companies selling oil stocks were called after popular USA powdered washing soap brands, like Ajax and Tide. Doctors and Lawyers in the good ole USA, who think they are smart are the main targets for such pie in the sky dreams.

Our politicians love these kind of guys and have developed their own way of taking them to the cleaners. Minnows feeding off the sharks. Then of course, you NEVER KNOW? Somebody might actually strike another lake of underground oil and become instant billionaires?
