Primary School education lead tertiary academic education in Belize at a ratio of 85% to 15%

INDEED! What does our education system in Belize teach you? When 85% of the industry, export and internal product capacity is done by people with ONLY a PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION. While the educated elite, work for salaries, mostly in the bureaucracy.

If GDP growth is then statistically a product of lack of higher education, there are lessons to be learned here. What are those lessons?
