Negative performance rating possible for the UDP CABINET in governing Belize possible over the coming year, BEFORE the next ELECTION.

UDP CABINET OVER COMING YEAR TO BE RATED ON THEIR ABILITY TO IMPROVE THE DEMOCRACY OF BELIZE

We are looking for Constitutional changes, amendments, laws from this UDP Cabinet over this coming year, BEFORE the next National Election, to see if they will ACT to make necessary changes to improve the functioning of our democracy in Belize. There are lots of things to change. Delete the "Ministerial Discretion clauses" for one, to make RULE BY LAW the standard. An "ELECTED SENATE" is another improvement we would look for. Seperation of the FIBEROPTIC ARCO TERMINAL from BTL company another. So that many new small telecommunications companies can compete and improve our standards, particularly for internet service. There are dozens of legal changes necessary. Over the year, divided into quarters. Or one quarter being 3 months, we have just completed ONE MONTH of the FIRST QUARTER, looking for and seeking to see if the UDP Cabinet is going to perpetuate the COLONIAL ADMINISTRATIVE SPOILS PIRATE SYSTEM, which they inherited, or if they are ACTUALLY going to start reorganizing Belize into a REAL DEMOCRACY.
ANYWAY, THE UDP CABINET HAS DONE NOTHING THE FIRST MONTH OF THE 12 MONTHS, OR THE FIRST MONTH SO FAR, OF THE FIRST QUARTER OF THIS YEAR OF DEMOCRATIC CHANGE. FAILING ANY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE END OF EACH QUARTER, THE UDP CABINET WILL LOSE 10 POINTS FROM THEIR PERFORMANCE REPORT CARD. One month gone and two to go in this first quarter.
